The UPGBI- UNITED PANIQUI GUARDIANS BROTHERHOOD INC., emerged as a result of the collaborative efforts of various factions within the GBI hierarchy. This initiative was spearheaded by the esteemed BIG FIVE, comprising CNP/SGF ROLANDO "STRIKE"CANCIO, CNP/SGF JESUS 'PHANTOM"GENOVA, FRMG NESTOR "THOR"VILLAMIN, MFRMG HONORIO "AGILA"ALONZO, and FMRG EZRA DAN "ATTORNEY"BELARMINO. Together, they laid the foundation for the establishment of UPGBI on September 27, 2025.
