About us
The UPGBI- UNITED PANIQUI GUARDIANS BROTHERHOOD INC., emerged as a result of the collaborative efforts of various factions within the GBI hierarchy. This initiative was spearheaded by the esteemed BIG SIX, comprising FSRMG FLORANTE "TWINS" MALANOT, SGGF CRISPIN " BENJO" R. USON, MFRMG NESTOR "THOR"VILLAMIN, GS MFRMG HONORIO "AGILA" ALONZO, and FMRG EZRA DAN "ATTORNEY"BELARMINO. Together, they laid the foundation for the establishment of UPGBI on September 27, 2025.
The role of the Grand Supremo in the Guardians Brotherhood is to be the highest-ranking national official, with the primary responsibility of leading the organization at the national level. This includes overseeing the unification of different factions, upholding the organization's core values, and fulfilling the national objectives of promoting peace, justice, and the welfare of its members and the community.
Key roles of the Grand Supremo:
Leadership:
The Grand Supremo is the top national leader, responsible for the overall direction and governance of the organization.
Unification:
A key part of the role is uniting various splinter groups and factions under a single, cohesive national organization.
Oversight:
They are responsible for ensuring the organization's activities and the actions of its members align with its constitution, by-laws, and core values.
Advocacy:
They are expected to advocate for the organization's goals, such as promoting social justice, upholding human rights, and supporting the needy.
Upholding values:
They must embody and promote the core values of the brotherhood, including love of God, patriotism, integrity, and selfless service.
Strategic direction:
They guide the strategic development of the organization to achieve its vision of peace and prosperity for all Filipinos.
Ang papel na ginagampanan ng Grand Supremo sa Guardians Brotherhood ay ang pinakamataas na-ranggo na pambansang opisyal, na may pangunahing responsibilidad na humahantong sa organisasyon sa pambansang antas. Kabilang dito ang pangangasiwa sa pag-iisa ng iba't ibang mga paksyon, itinataguyod ang mga pangunahing halaga ng organisasyon, at pagtupad sa mga pambansang layunin ng pagtataguyod ng kapayapaan, katarungan, at kapakanan ng mga miyembro nito at ng komunidad. Mga pangunahing tungkulin ng Grand Supremo: Pamumuno: Ang Grand Supremo ay ang nangungunang pambansang lider, na responsable para sa pangkalahatang direksyon at pamamahala ng samahan. Pag-iisa: Ang isang mahalagang bahagi ng papel ay nag-uugnay sa iba't ibang mga grupo ng splinter at mga paksyon sa ilalim ng isang solong, cohesive national organization. Pangangasiwa: sila ang may pananagutan sa pagtiyak sa mga gawain ng organisasyon at ang mga pagkilos ng mga miyembro nito ay nakahanay sa konstitusyon nito, mga batas, at mga pangunahing halaga. Pagtatanggol: Inaasahan nilang itataguyod ang mga layunin ng organisasyon, tulad ng pagtataguyod ng katarungan sa lipunan, pagtataguyod ng mga karapatang pantao, at pagsuporta sa mga nangangailangan. Mga Halaga ng Pagtataguyod: Dapat nilang isama at itaguyod ang mga pangunahing halaga ng kapatiran, kabilang ang pag-ibig ng Diyos, patriyotismo, integridad, at walang pag-iimbot na serbisyo.
